About Aventiqo

Aventiqo partners with enterprises to solve complex technology challenges, modernize systems, and accelerate growth through AI, Microsoft Dynamics migration, Copilot, Agile Pods, and specialized staffing. By combining deep technical expertise with agile execution and the right talent, we help businesses innovate faster, scale with confidence, and turn technology investments into lasting business value.

About the Role

Aventiqo is seeking a Partnerships Manager to execute its 12-month strategic alliance roadmap. The role bridges Aventiqo’s engineering accelerators with the sales ecosystems of partners such as Microsoft, Google Cloud (GCP), and Anthropic. The focus is on activating partner programs, managing partner credits and funding opportunities, enabling co-selling, and increasing the reach of Aventiqo’s solutions while maintaining a focus on speed, technical credibility, and return on investment.

What You'll Do

Ecosystem Activation

  • Manage the lifecycle of partner credits, including programs such as Azure Founders Hub and Google Cloud for Startups, to support research and development while controlling costs.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to secure relevant certifications, including Azure AI and Snowflake certifications, where required for partner program tiering.
  • Coordinate registration and onboarding for relevant Microsoft, Anthropic, and Google Cloud partner or startup programs.
  • Develop and execute plans to secure and use partner-funded Market Development Funds (MDF) for co-branded campaigns, workshops, webinars, pilots, and demand-generation initiatives.

Co-Selling & Pipeline Development

  • Identify, map, and build relationships with partner account executives in North America, particularly those serving banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), and other regulated sectors.
  • Coordinate the listing and ongoing management of Aventiqo’s solution accelerators on the Azure and Google Cloud marketplaces.
  • Register partner-influenced opportunities in the relevant partner portals and maintain accurate opportunity records.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to turn partner relationships into qualified enterprise opportunities and measurable pipeline contribution.

Solution Advocacy & Content Collaboration

  • Collaborate with presales and engineering teams to develop high-quality demonstrations that show how Aventiqo solutions address BFSI risk, compliance, and other client needs using partner technologies.
  • Support solution positioning for offerings such as document intelligence on Azure OpenAI and other relevant partner-enabled accelerators.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop co-branded case studies, webinars, workshops, and other content featuring partner technologies.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in alliances, business development, or solutions engineering, ideally at an AI/data startup or boutique systems integrator.
  • Familiarity with the North American BFSI landscape, including relevant compliance, data-residency, and security considerations.
  • Ability to navigate partner portals and program requirements independently, including platforms such as Microsoft Partner Center and AWS Partner Network (APN), where relevant.
  • Working understanding of AI concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and vector databases, sufficient to engage with partner engineering teams.
  • Commercial and operational judgment, with a focus on return on investment and efficient use of partner-funded marketing or infrastructure resources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing strategic partnerships or alliances with major cloud and AI providers such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, or Anthropic.
  • Familiarity with cloud partner programs, co-selling frameworks, deal registration processes, and cloud marketplace operations.
  • Experience securing or managing partner funding programs, including Market Development Funds (MDF), cloud credits, and startup ecosystem benefits.
  • Exposure to building joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, partner-led demand generation campaigns, and co-branded marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding of enterprise AI, data, and cloud solutions, with the ability to communicate their business value to technology partners and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Existing relationships within North American technology partner ecosystems, particularly those serving Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), would be an advantage.
  • Relevant cloud, AI, or partner ecosystem certifications are a plus.
